It took me a little while to get into it, but once I did, I was hooked!

Enjoy your reading, and thanks for being part of the challenge!Katrina @ Callapidder Dayshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06502432103160398620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4081489552551471155.post-76715834050507516132010-09-28T19:01:33.900-05:002010-09-28T19:01:33.900-05:00Crazy Love was good and I liked Robin Jones Gunn C...Crazy Love was good and I liked Robin Jones Gunn Christmas series. :)Brittaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00756341697752152164noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4081489552551471155.post-40042712356183634012010-09-27T10:35:01.852-05:002010-09-27T10:35:01.852-05:00Sheep in a Jeep by Nancy Shaw is a good read aloud...Sheep in a Jeep by Nancy Shaw is a good read aloud. If you are feeling really inventive try Tuesday by David Wiesner. There are no words so you'll have to makeup it up every time. It's fun. I also like his Three Pigs (that one has words), but it depends on how old your son is. Found You, Little Wombat is fun too.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4081489552551471155.post-82934961552157121212010-09-26T15:26:28.303-05:002010-09-26T15:26:28.303-05:00Hmmmm, a Christmas book -- I can't think of on...Hmmmm, a Christmas book -- I can't think of one I loved that has a Christmas theme or setting.

Good luck!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03789250398792504412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4081489552551471155.post-27145041420481161352010-09-24T10:23:51.888-05:002010-09-24T10:23:51.888-05:00Bailey, yes my first time! I got it a long time ago because I wanted the "real" version after reading a really great children's book adaptation. I think I read the first couple of pages, though, and at the time I thought it was too tough to get through. I should try it some time, though!

Christmas books... have you read Karen Kingsbury's Red Glove Collection? They probably aren't necessarily Christmas, but do revolve around the general theme. It is four short (short!) books; you can sometimes find them in one bigger book. They are really good.

Happy reading!Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13337500567333475158noreply@blogger.com
